Award Nominations

Each year at our Annual Meeting we have the honor of presenting several awards for outstanding service in the field of public health. Nominations for award recipients is due by March 29, 2024. If there is an individual or organization that you would like to nominate for one of the following awards please submit your nomination. The individual or organization that you nominate does not have to be a member of NYSPHA. Click HERE to learn more.

Registration

Registration will be closing Monday, April 15th. We have reached out capacity of just over 500 attendees. No on-site registration will be available this year. Thank you for your interest!

Continuing Education Credits

The 2024 Public Health Partnership Conference will offer continuing education hours for CHES entry-level credits, MCHES advanced level credits and CPH credits. A total of 13 hours are available, which includes the Learning Institute. Your credit hours will be determined by the sessions you attend.

Please indicate on your registration form if you will be seeking CHES (and add your CHES number for easy tracking) or CPH credits. These credits are being offered free of charge with your paid registration. 

To receive credits, you need to sign-in on the CEU attendance form on-site at the registration desk and submit an evaluation at the completion of the event. Credits are reported to NCHEC on a quarterly basis and will appear on your transcript after July 15, 2024. CPH credits are self reported. 

Help Us Help Them

Each year, we like to support a local charitable organization in the host city of our conference. This year, we will be supporting CAPTAIN Community Human Services based in Saratoga Springs. CAPTAIN provides a range of services to support and empower all ages including feeding the hungry, to sheltering the homeless to keeping kids safe from sex trafficking.  

You can help us help them in two ways. We will have a raffle at our conference with some prizes donated by organizations (if you would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact us) and all money raised will go directly to CAPTAIN.

We are also collecting personal care items they are in need of. Please consider bringing any of the following items to our conference and we will have a collection box near registration where you can place them. The items most needed are: Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Hand soap, Lotion, Feminine Hygiene Products, Toilet Paper, Diapers, Baby wipes, Household cleaners, Detergent, Band-Aids, Combs & Brushes, Hair ties, Chap-stick, Razors and Shaving cream.
