Conference Agenda

The conference will begin on Wednesday, April 30th with a Learning Institute from 12- 4:30 PM. Separate registration for this event is required.

The full conference will begin at 8:30 AM on Thursday, May 1st and event continues through 2 PM on Friday, May 2nd.

Award Nominations

Each year at our Annual Meeting we have the honor of presenting several awards for outstanding service in the field of public health. Application for awards will be released in winter 2025. If there is an individual or organization that you would like to nominate for one of the following awards please submit your nomination. The individual or organization that you nominate does not have to be a member of NYSPHA.

Call for Student Posters

The call for student posters will open in February/March 2025. Those selected for presentation will be notified in early April.

Registration will open in January 2025.

Continuing Education Credits

The 2025 Public Health Partnership Conference will offer continuing education hours for CHES entry-level credits, MCHES advanced level credits and CPH credits. Your credit hours will be determined by the sessions you attend.

Please indicate on your registration form if you will be seeking CHES (and add your CHES number for easy tracking) or CPH credits. These credits are being offered free of charge with your paid registration.

To receive credits, you need to sign-in on the CEU attendance form on-site at the registration desk and submit an evaluation at the completion of the event. Credits are reported to NCHEC on a quarterly basis and will appear on your transcript after July 15, 2025. CPH credits are self reported.

Hotel Information

The event will take place at the Ithaca Conference Center located at 118 East Green Street in Ithaca, NY. The following conference rates have been negotiated for all overnight attendees of the conference:

The Hotel Ithaca, 222 South Cayuga Street, Ithaca. A limited block of rooms has been reserved here at the rate of $139/night.

Ithaca Marriott Downtown, 120 South Aurora Street, Ithaca. A room block for government employees at the per diem rate is available. A room block for vendors at $189/night is also available.

Canopy by Hilton, 324 East State Street, Ithaca.

Hilton Garden Inn, 130 East Seneca Street, Ithaca. A limited block of rooms has been reserved here at the rate of $139/night.

Booking cut-off date to secure the discounted rate is March 20, 2025.

Airport Information

The nearest airport is the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. Direct flights between JFK International Airport and Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport are available.
