This is a two-part series. If you'd like to attend for both days, registration is required for both 11/5 and 11/12.

This program combines data and research with real world application of strategies for focusing on Organizational Culture.  In an environment and time where workforce recruitment and retention is changing and challenging, organizational culture is a critical factor in employee engagement and organizational success.  Join us for an information and interactive session of how to positively develop your organizational culture.  

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand what Organizational Culture is, why it matters, who is responsible for it and how to improve it

2. Learn new research and data about the importance of organizational culture on workforce recruitment and retention

3. Identify practical strategies to improve your organizational culture

Speaker Bio: 

Dr. Shari Weiss has been working in public health and human services for over three decades.  She has held leadership positions for the last 15 years, and is currently Executive Director of Cayuga Community Health Network. She also teaches at LeMoyne College in their Ed.D. program as well as Southern New Hampshire University in their Bachelor of Human Services program.       

Renae Rokicki has been with Upstate Medical University in Syracuse since 2005. In her current Leadership Development role she facilitates learning opportunities for management, teams, and individual contributors with a focus on leadership, organizational development and teamwork.  She additionally provides training and coaching on professional skills development, workforce engagement and organizational culture enhancement.
