This presentation will discuss the types of calls received by the hotline staff since March including those related to COVID symptoms, treatments, precautions, testing, as well as information related to the Vaccine Hotline including cases of adverse reactions. In addition you will learn how the hotline was "ahead of the curve" in identify presenting symptoms, as well as information on the public health deficits that were identified through these calls including food, housing, and medical care for COVID positive individuals.
