Technical Training day on Local Public Health Accreditation in the Hudson Valley region

The Rockland County Dept of Health has partnered with the New York
State Public Health Association, the New York State Association of
County Health Officials and the New York State Department of Health to
host a Technical Training day on Local Public Health Accreditation in
the Hudson Valley region.  You are invited to attend an Accreditation
Technical Training Day scheduled for Thursday Sept 20th, 2012 10 am - 3
pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, Newburgh NY.  
 
The focus of the day will be on providing sound guidance and examples
of the development of LHD Strategic Plans and will feature an indepth
presentation of the Community Health Improvement Planning process.  
This invitation is extended to all Commissioners of Health/Public Health
Directors, their Deputy Commissioners, Division heads and Program Staff
responsible for the development of county Community Health Assessments,
MPHSP etc.
